Manufacturing facilities & products
The Load-Lok Group has extensive 'in house' manufacturing capabilities for the production of tracks, poles, beams, pillars and panels using the latest up-to-date techniques and machinery.

The machinery
The latest additions to our production equipment are two 'state of the art' items.
The first is a fully automated CNC sheet metal punching and forming machine for garment panels, special tracks, van security grilles plus many other sheet metal punched and formed items.
The other, a Press Brake, for folding sheet and strip metal. It can configure sections up to 3.5 metres in length.
For example corner posts, roof sticks, bearers, pillars etc. are well within its capability.

Multi-Temperature Control
Our Isolock division manufactures a range of GRP and Mattress style insulatin bulkheads for multi-temp control in refrigerated vehicles.

Sewing
We have substantial 'in house' sewing division for manufactering roundslings, webbing slings, cargo restraint straps, nets, industrial safety harnesses for fall arrest and many other specialized webbing products.

Sales & Service
Our distribution centres carry extensive stocks of finished product for immediate despatch.
